HOW DO I GET TICKETS FOR THE PHY SCI GRADUATION CEREMONY?

To be eligible to order tickets you must have graduated in Fall 2008 or Winter 2009, filed a Declaration of Candidacy for Spring 2009 or Summer 2009 or received a Special Inclusion Petition authorization, based on anticipated Fall 20010 graduation. You may file a Special Inclusion Petition (SIP) at my.ucla.edu. It will take up to two days for your change in status to appear on MyUCLA. If you do not meet the minimum requirements for filing a SIP, consult your College Counseling unit (AAP, Honors, CAC) to discuss your options.

  1. You are entitled to 4 free tickets. You do not need to order one for yourself.
  2. You may order 6 additional tickets at a cost of $ 10 each. The cost will be posted to your BAR account.
  3. You may wait list for an additional 10 tickets.
  4. You will be billed for tickets ordered whether you pick them up or not.
  5. You must order tickets between April 28 - May 13 by logging on to http://my.ucla.edu
  6. If you do not order your tickets by May 13, you must contact the Phy Sci Student Affairs Undergraduate Office, gergel@physci.ucla.edu
  7. Pick up your tickets at the Central Ticket Office
